Descending from a model known as the .38 Hand Ejector, this legendary revolver was first sold under the name "Military & Police" in 1899 and given the number "M10" after World War II. Used by the U.S. and British militaries during the war, it remained widely used by numerous law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad for decades after the war.

This model has been slightly updated as the Ver. 3.1. The exterior has been realistically updated with the .38 Special yoke adopted by the M15 and a frame that matches its shape. The internal mechanism is the same as the reliable Ver. 3 mechanism, ensuring operational accuracy and shooting performance. In addition to authentically reproducing the engraving, the barrel is equipped with the most common 4-inch tapered type, and the square-butt grip is fitted with a press weight, giving it a solid feel and improving balance.
